Fixed
SQL Server: Fixed Azure connections not recovering after a dropped session (token expiry or network interruption), which previously failed queries until you reconnected manually.
Grid: Fixed “Count all rows” failing with a column "count(*)" does not exist error. #1227
MCP: OAuth discovery now advertises the host clients connect on, so Dev Container and LAN connections authorize instead of returning 401.
Editor: Fixed schema-qualified autocomplete dropping the table list after you start typing the table name.
