Dataverse

Microsoft Dataverse is a cloud-based data platform that securely stores and manages data used by business applications.

Connecting

To connect to Dataverse, follow these general steps:

  1. Open the DBCode Extension: Launch Visual Studio Code and open the DBCode extension.
  2. Add a New Connection: Click on the “Add Connection” icon.
  3. Complete new connection form: Choose Dataverse as the type, and enter the required information including your environment URL and authentication details.
  4. Connect: Click save to connect to your Dataverse environment.
  5. Start Managing Your Data: Once connected, you can start querying your Dataverse tables directly from Visual Studio Code.
